HPD's President, Chief Executive Office and member of the Board of Directors.
Norman brings a valuable blend of experience to the business including leadership expertise, financial acumen, business building and turn-around success, growth achievements with 9 digit numbers, entrepreneurial zeal balanced by big brand discipline, planning, and process focus. Norman will provide the vision, leadership, and growth strategy upon which his operating team will excel.

W. Barry McDonald

Barry is executive director of The Sage Group, Inc. a leader in provision of strategic and transactional advice to healthcare and life science companies in the diagnostics, medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life science and analytical instrument fields. Barry comes with over 30 years of executive leadership, hands-on experience, and encyclopedic knowledge of the human diagnostics segment of the healthcare industry.

William P. Dioguardi

Strategic thinker, former President of a venture capital fund, founder of a stock brokerage firm, First VP and Executive Committee member of a leading financial services firm, corporate officer experience, leadership and governance expert. He's a rock star biomed, biotech, and IVD technology companies.

Mr. Donald F. Farley
Board Member
In addition to world class strategic thinking and Blue-Chip industrial experience at Pfizer pharma, Donald comes to the Board with a unique specialty that will support a key element of the growth stategy for the business. He is the CEO of Spenser Trask venture capital company - with a unique competency in finding and developing biomed, biotech, and IVD technology companies.

HPD Management Team

The founders of HPD have been working together as a management team since 2000 at Gynétics, Inc. (a women's healthcare company) where they reversed the company's operating losses and, in April 2004, completed the sale of substantially all of the company's assets to Barr Laboratories, Inc. for a multiple of 2.4 times revenue and over 25 times EBITDA.

Janet Tobias Proulx
Corporate Secretary and Director of Administration
Mrs. Proulx's experience includes over 15 years in similar positions, including
Director of Administration for Gynétics, Inc. from 2001-2004. From 1998-2001 she worked in investment banking and compliance with Spencer Trask, Inc. Prior to that, Mrs. Proulx was Director of Administration for Wilkinson Sword, Inc. from where she also managed customer service and inside sales.

Gregory S. Davies
Corporate Treasurer and Vice President of Finance
Mr. Davies is Corporate Treasurer and Vice President of Finance. From 2001-2004, Mr. Davies served as Director of Finance for Gynétics, Inc. Mr. Davies has more than 15 years financial and accounting experience, primarily in mid size and start-up companies. Mr. Davies received a B.S. degree in Management from Montclair State College in 1990, and an MBA in Finance from Monmouth University in 1994.

Mr. Jeffrey A. Tobias
HPD’s Vice President, Sales & Marketing
Jeff brings more than 15 years of sales and marketing management experience from the Consumer Packaged Goods industry, where he has successfully driven profitable sales growth for new and existing markets.  He has held key marketing and sales roles with Kohler Company, Swedish Match and SunTrust Bank.  Mr. Tobias served as Senior Marketing Manager and National Account Sales Manager in support of The Home Depot and Lowes accounts at Kohler, which boasted unparalleled sales during his tenure.  He received an MBA from Emory University in Marketing, and a BBA from the University of Georgia in Finance.
